Summer Internship

The construction summer internship program includes an exploration of the building trades industry and an orientation to apprenticeship. In addition to academic studies, internships offer an exciting opportunity to receive a realistic look at a career from the viewpoint of an employee. You will become familiar with the industry, work activities and policies, and education requirements. These study-based/work-based activities will enable you to make more informed career decisions. Because of your interaction with professionals in the work world, you will have a better idea of the academic requirements and personal characteristics needed to be successful in a construction career.
