S4CA recognizes that the continued economic prosperity of Santa Clara County depends on a well-prepared and well-qualified workforce. Therefore, S4CA takes the lead in the collaboration effort between over 30 partners for providing services, information, and projects that promote career opportunities in the construction industry. The goal of S4CA is to help prepare a diverse population of young people to explore, experience, and enter one of the many careers available in the industry. In addition, S4CA actively supports career advancement of experienced workers through the development of educational pathways that lead to a college degree.
